Etac Cross XL wheelchair offers all the qualities and features of a standard Cross. The back support is reinforced with a foldable cross brace to cope with tough loads. Cross XL is available in seat widths up to 60 cm and can handle a user weight of 155 kg. It offers many setting options and an extensive range of accessories – all to provide great comfort.
Cross XL with drum brake – provides safety when out walking
Etac Cross XL wheelchair with drum brake has the same unique options and comfort as a Cross XL that only has a user brake.The drum brake makes handling easier for the person who is pushing, providing safety for both the user and the carer. Moreover, Cross XL with drum brake is always equipped with user brake.
The drum brake is easy to operate when both braking and parking. It fits in all rear wheel positions with both 22” and 24” rear wheels.

Arm support pad hemi
The hemi arm support offers flexible adjustments for comfort and convenience. It can be angled horizontally, with the adjustment plug positioned on the inside by default—closest to the user. If preferred, the plug can be moved to the outside to suit the user or carer. Designed to fit primarily on the 38 cm arm support of Cross, Prio, or Xact wheelchairs, it can also be mounted on the narrow side of a 25 cm arm support. Please note: in this position, the support surface is smaller, so avoid placing heavy weight on the outer edge—for example, during transfers. Height is easily adjusted through the main arm support for a perfect fit. Available in both right and left versions, the hemi arm support also features soft padding with a detachable plush cover for added comfort. Note: When using the hemi arm support on Prio wheelchairs, be aware that tilting the seat may lead to a potential conflict between the arm support and the tyre.

Brings the foot support 5 cm (2") closer to the frame. Also available in a short version and with a locking device (with locking device is not applicable for Prio). Note: On Cross 6/5XL with 57 mm front fork, only in combination with 4” & 5” castors, or with widened front fork housing On Cross 6/5XL with 45 mm front fork, only in combination with 4”, 5” & 6” castors (6” not with 0° seat angle) or with widened front fork housing. On Prio with 57 mm or 45 mm front fork, only in combination with 6” castors or with widened front fork housing.
