Codes of conduct

Our Code of Conduct serves as the foundation for securing our employees’ understanding of what we mean by responsible and ethical business conduct. Employees are required to read, sign and comply with our Code of Conduct and to participate in trainings in the Code. 

To ensure our business partners understand our expectations regarding their social and environmental impact, our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our requirements and expectations, which all suppliers and partners are expected to comply with.
