Holder for central brake

Certain High-low:xo frame configurations are fitted with hand operated central brake for the front castors. This is operated with a lever via a cable operation. Usually this is operated by the helper and therefore fitted within convenient reach for the helper.
Some users are able to operate the central brake themselves which calls for an alternative positioning of the lever. To accomodate this, we now have a holder that can be fitted along either side of the x:panda shape seats depending on the
preferred positioning for the individual user
