Introducing our new stander – Addax

The Addax is a flexible, adjustable standing frame designed for children, accommodating both prone and supine setups, making it possible for even smaller children to stand in abduction at an earlier age. This will give them different loads on bones, joints, and muscles while also allowing them to interact at eye level with their peers.

Ease of use, comfort, and adjustability are at the heart of Addax’s design. The open-ended frame simplifies transfers, whether standing or using a mobile hoist, and the gas spring-supported tilt-in-space mechanism (0–90°) ensures smooth positioning with minimal effort. Most daily adjustments and growth options are tool-free, while critical weight-bearing parts remain securely fastened for safety.

Addax offers a broad range of accessories that can be used in both prone and supine setups, providing tailored support for individual needs. All supports adjust in height, width, and circumference, and the column expands as the child grows—ensuring long-term usability.
