Nora served as a Senior Investment Professional at Nordstjernan from January 2008 to January 2026. She is currently the Board Chair of Etac AB and a Board Member of Attendo AB, MW Group and Emma S. Previous Board experiences include Member of Aidian OY and Chair and Member of Ekornes ASA and Nobia AB. She previously served as a Product Line Manager at the Swedish multinational Electrolux AB from 2005 to 2007 where she was part of the European leadership team. She began her career at McKinsey & Co., where she held multiple roles, including Partner, until 2004. She received a Master of Science in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
Peter J. Castagna

Peter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare specifically in diagnostics, informatics and medical distribution. Peter currently serves on the boards of HoverTech International and Fidelity Bank. He held the position of President and CEO of Hospital Central Services Inc., from 2013 up until his retirement in 2024. Previously, he served as Vice President of Health Systems at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2009 to 2013 and as Chief Operating Officer of Verispan LLC from 2002 to 2009, a joint venture between McKesson and Quintiles Transnational. In addition, he also held key roles at McKesson Medical-Surgical, including President of Acute Care, and at Owens & Minor, where he served as Division Vice President. He earned his MBA in Marketing from Seton Hall University in 1985 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Montclair State University in 1979.
Jesper Mailind

Jesper previously served as Chief Executive Officer of LEO Fondet from 2017 to 2021 establishing active ownership of their fully owned company LEO Pharma, where he also served as Vice Chair and board member until 2024. Before joining LEO Fondet, he was CEO of Alectia A/S from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that Jesper was CEO at RTX A/S from 2009 to 2013 where he led a transformation of the company to become scalable in their supply of wireless technologies and continued as Vice Chair on the board. Earlier in his career, Jesper was CEO of GN ReSound, where he orchestrated one of the most significant consolidations in the hearing aid industry, merging six companies into a single cohesive and competitive organization between 1997 and 2008. Before his tenure at GN ReSound, he worked at Nycomed in a variety of roles, including Managing Director in Denmark and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing from 1991 to 1997. Jesper began his career at McKinsey & Company. He currently serves on the boards of Aidian Diagnostics Oy, RTX A/S, and Contour Design A/S. Jesper earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.
Paul Leeflang

Paul is a seasoned international healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors across Europe and Asia. In his previous role, he served as European President of Hillrom, a leading medical technology company, from 2017 to 2019. Paul also served as European President of Baxter from 2015 to 2017. He held several additional leadership roles at Baxter, including General Manager of Baxter Germany from 2010 to 2014, where he focused on profitability, new product launches and the subsequent spin‑off of Baxalta (Shire); as well as General Manager of Baxter Netherlands from 2007 to 2010, where he strengthened the hospital and hemophilia businesses. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Celgene B.V. from 2006 to 2007. Earlier in his career, Paul served as General Manager for Novartis in the Netherlands and in several Asian countries, where he played a key role in managing the Novartis merger in Malaysia and South Korea during the 1990s. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Leiden University and an MBA from Newport Business Academy, and he completed the Executive Program in High Performance Leadership at IMD in Lausanne.
Dan Reuvers

Dan has more than 35 years experience in the medical device field. He currently serves as President & CEO Neuronetics. He previously served as CEO and Director of Tactile Medical from 2020 to 2024, a publicly traded company that treats chronic conditions with home-based therapies. Before that Dan served as EVP and President of Codman Specialty Surgical, a $1 billion neurosurgery division of Integra Life Science from 2016 to 2020. He led Integra's International commercial business and Surgical Instrument divisions from 2009-2016. He held executive level roles with several other med-tech companies prior to that time. Mr. Reuvers currently serves on the board of PeerBridge Health since 2025.
Phil Lesjak

Phil is the founder and current Managing Partner of Sigla Captial. Prior to this, he spent 14 years at Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, where he was part of its founding team. Before joining Five Arrows, he worked at Morgan Stanley from 2008 to 2020 as an investment professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He is currently on the board of Attion AG. He has previously held board roles at Mintec (Expana), RH Diagnostik & Therapie, Prospitalia (Vivecti), Voogd & Voogd, Alpina Group B.V., White Clarke Group (Solifi), and Munters AB. Phil earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Torben Helbo

Torben is an accomplished executive and board director with a distinguished career spanning the medical equipment, assistive technology, and healthcare sectors. His past experience includes serving as CEO of Etac and Senior Advisor at Etac AB, where he played a pivotal role in strategic development, organizational advancement and growth. Prior to this, Torben led R82 A/S – a company specializing in technical aids and equipment for children with disabilities – as Chief Executive Officer. Torben earned his Master’s degree in History from Aarhus University.

Simon is a Managing Director at Nordstjernan, the majority shareholder of Etac, where he focuses on investments in the healthcare sector across Europe. Simon is a Swedish national and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
