New central email addresses
As you might have noticed, we have already started to change the email addresses of your contact persons (please read more about it here) and from September 1st we will also change the first of our central email addresses to Etac. More specifically:

au.sales@r82.com becomes au.sales@etac.com

R82au@r82.com becomes au.sales@etac.com
To ensure a smooth transition, e-mails sent to the old addresses will be forwarded for a period of 6 months. Your e-mails are important to us, thank you for keeping our contact information up to date.
Our other central email addresses (ndis@r82.com and au.accounts@r82.com) will also soon be changed to Etac emails. You will be informed about the new addresses well in advance before change is made.
Please note that you still have the same dedicated sales representative and customer service, and that all phone numbers, fax numbers and physical mailing addresses are the same as before.
