New email addresses

R82 Australia has been part of Etac since 2011 and in line with our global strategy of making it easier to interact with us, we are gradually adopting consistent Etac email addresses across the globe (@etac.com).

What does this mean for R82 Australia?

• Your contact persons will gradually change their email addresses into firstname.lastname@etac.com. You will be informed by your contact person when he/she has changed his/her email address
• Our central email addresses will soon also be changed to Etac emails. You will be informed about the new addresses well in advance before change is made.

Your emails are important to us and to ensure a smooth transition, all e-mails sent to the old addresses (personal and central addresses) will be forwarded for a period of 6 months.

Please note that you still have the same dedicated sales representative and customer service, and that all phone numbers, fax numbers and physical mailing addresses are the same as before.
