Immedia SatinSheet System
Immedia SatinSheet System in-bed system make moving a user in bed easier, whatever their ability. SatinSheet helps reduce strain for the carer and prevents work-related injuries. Moreover, it helps to save time and may reduce the number of carers needed. -
Pressure mapping
Immedia in-bed systems improve the working environment for caregivers and minimize shearing for bedridden people. But is the function of a pressure-relieving mattress affected by the in-bed system? Why do pressure mapping and how is it performed? -
Are you moving the weight of an elephant?
We have measured how much force it takes to position a person sideways. We used the Immedia SatinSheet System and compared it to using cotton sheets with traditional draw sheets.
You will probably be surprised how much force the carers must use. Every day.
