Together we create possibilities!
Where purpose drives dedication
We are a global team of dedicated doers who take pride in what we do, and our shared sense of purpose is our cultural keystone. Being able to contribute and develop as professionals while also promoting the welfare of others, adds an extra dimension to going to work. In essence, we know our 'why' and find motivation in making a positive difference to people’s lives.
Apart from what unites us, we all contribute with unique skill sets and perspectives, and are convinced that our individual differences improve our collective ability as a team. We have an entrepreneurial spirit and a down-to-earth atmosphere.
Our core values
We put people first
We are driven by purpose
We pioneer the future
We do it as a team
Fostering community, at work and beyond
Each of our global sites has its own unique character, but we all want to create opportunities for our team members to come together, whether it is for wellness activities or to celebrate achievements.
We also share a commitment to giving back to the communities where we work, and there are many initiatives to contribute locally by supporting good causes or participating in charitable work. Here are some examples from our teams worldwide.
Teaming up for universal design
Our Norwegian team wants to raise awareness about accessibility and universal design, and organised a wheelchair race in city terrain for property developers and politicians.
Rocking our socks
Every year we celebrate diversity and inclusion by rocking our socks on Down Syndrome Day. The most creative contribution wins an honorary award announced on the intranet.
Tradeshow entertainment
"Nothing compares to a smile" is the motto of many in our paediatric team, here at a tradeshow riding a pink inflatable Flamingo to the delight of the many children visiting the stand.
World blood donor day
Many of our sites have blood drives for employees. Here is part of our green team dressed in red for the day, running in the race "Blodomloppet" to encourage blood donations.
Picnic spirit week
In Stevens Point, our team has an annual “Picnic Spirit Week”. The event can include activities like themed dress-up days and scavenger hunts with great prizes for the participants.
Inclusive mobility
In Austria, our colleagues took part in a co-development project with Toyota, creating the "wheelchair e-puller" used to improve mobility and accessibility during the paralympic games.
Local volunteer work
Our Dutch team has a yearly "Do Day" volunteering at their customers'. Activities can range from taking elderly for a stroll in the park to doing repairs at children's daycare centres.
