After service market for Etac and Balder powered wheelchairs
The decision only affects complete new power/electric wheelchairs, but in all markets, except Norway, where we have tender obligations.
In Etac we will do our utmost to serve customers and users with warranty service, scheduled service and all aftermarket related matters. Etac is maintaining a robust organization, with service departments in all our markets. This means customers and users with powered wheelchairs should contact their usual point of contact for support and service, i.e. the distributor or the Etac office.
We will strive to fulfil our customers’ needs and expectations and finally we want to underline that this message does not affect any other Etac Product Business Unit or product line.
