PROJECT MANAGER - DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

Etac is growing strongly and expanding its competence and offering for products and services to the Health Care sector. We are now looking for a motivated talent to a new role during this journey and hope that you are up for the challenge!

MAIN AREAS OF FOCUS
As our new expert and project manager, you will be at the core of the company development driving strategic plans and working with experienced colleagues within the organization in executing projects to develop digital products and services. You will cover and drive the needs from the Product areas Manual Wheelchairs & Seating and Hygiene/bathroom equipment. Key areas of development could be sensors, IoT, machine learning/AI, fleet management, chatbots etc.

You will be a part of a small team working outside existing product road maps with Proof of Concepts in order to verify the functionality and value before jumping into development.

·       Start with outside-in perspective, co-creation of products and services together with key customers and Health Care institutions.

·       Work with external partners as well as internal functions and stakeholders to funnel concepts.

·       Product/service development combining digital with sustainability, circular economy and medical device compliance.

·       Build our data model, define our digital systems/platforms.

·       Mapping of our digital echo system.

·       Technology partnerships.

·       Integration with internal and external management systems.

Location at our Swedish Headquarter in Kista or at our site in Anderstorp nearby Gislaved. You will report to COO.
Travelling primarily in Sweden and the EU.

WHO ARE YOU?
We’re looking for a team member who thinks about technology opportunities in an exciting and different way! A creative and critical thinker who is truly excited about developing our products with embedded smart solutions in order to create greater value and experience for our customers.

We believe that you have a University degree in engineering and a couple of years experience post-graduation from working with digital product/service innovation management. You have experience of software development methods and processes since you’ve probably worked as an SW development consultant or with hands-on product/service development. If you have experience from a similar role as a Project Manager it would be of great value to us.
You have knowledge in data models for technology products/services and experience of proof of concept (PoC) tests. Experience from the MedTech/Healthcare industry is a plus.
Excellent Swedish and English, both written and orally.

You have strong business acumen and problem-solving skills and thrive in an environment where you are able to work independently and proactive.
