Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate human resources processes
  • Direct involvement in new employee recruitment processes and onboarding
  • Develop and implement human resources policy (plans and procedures)
  • Provide all level employees with human resources support
  • Drive and support competence & career development and competence matrices
  • Plan, organize and control HR department activities and actions
  • Provide leadership for Human Resources strategic planning
  • Develop key employees’ retention plan
  • Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all requirements are met
  • Develop and implement a company’s performance and compensation program
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Conduct annual salary surveys
  • Maintain HR department reports and analysis
  • Build a strong business relationship with internal and external customers
  • Operate in line with company policies and procedures with focus on quality management system, company ethic & culture
  • Work with the Company’s health, safety and environment rules & policies

What we expect:

  • Bachelor degree (education in Human Resource Management will be a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in working in HR Department
  • Experience as HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Recruitment skills & experience
  • Experience with HR databases
  • International company work environment experience (within production activities)
  • Practical knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • English – advanced
  • HR and ERP systems knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
