Your tasks

  • manage all finance and accounting operations
  • coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances
  • implement Etac standard costing model, for inventory valuation and internal pricing
  • prepare and publish monthly financial reports in line with group time schedule
  • coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
  • manage and comply with local and governmental reporting and tax requirements
  • develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • suggest updates and improvements for accounting and internal control systems
  • collaborate with internal and external auditors and other authorities
  • provide site management with financial analysis to recognize cost reduction opportunities
  • assist group finance in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
  • direct involvement in business case preparation process
  • support implementation of ERP system
  • operate in line with company policies and procedures with focus on environmental & quality management system, company ethic & culture and harmonization with Group Compliance programs
  • work with the Company’s health, safety and environment rules & policies 

What we expect

  • bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance or a related field
  • at least 5 years of experience in relevant position
  • work experience within manufacturing and international environment
  • ACCA/CIMA or similar qualification will be an asset
  • experience with preparation of financial statements
  • experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end closing process
  • ERP systems implementation experience (preferably Infor M3)
  • English - advanced 
  • ERP systems & MS Office package knowledge (advanced MS Excel is a must)
  • ability to work in a changing environment
