Etac Education

All Etac products have a common purpose – to create possibilities. There are always good reasons why Etac products look the way they do and why they have been developed. For whom is an assistive device best suited and how is it supposed to be used? 

With Etac Education you will learn more about:

• The user’s ability and disability
• Features and functions of the products
• When to choose which product and how to adjust it to different needs.
• How assistive devices can keep a person active and independent and prevent falling accident. Simply, more profound knowledge “About & Around” the products and the users.

Etac Education – Product Certification

We have developed a profound product training program. There are certification programs for wheelchairs, manual and mechanical transfer and bathroom products. For each product group there are three certificate levels, premium, gold and platinum.

Premium The participants shall have substantial product knowledge and be able to make a structured product presentation with empathy

Gold  The participants shall be able to use the right arguments for diverse customers and have sufficient knowledge about competitors

Platinum Platinum level is a train the trainer education which is intended for Etac product specialists. The participants shall be able to perform product workshops for their customers. 

Etac Education – Around and About

We offer seminars and workshops in co-operation with the local Etac partner. These activities are mostly aimed for our partner´s customers; dealers, therapists, nurses etc.
